How can you access the Aetna formulary list?

The Aetna formulary list can be accessed by a tool provided on the Aetna company website. Formulary links to every 2015 Aetna plan are listed at the top of the page, and lists for previous years are available lower down on the page.

Individual, small group and large group plans are accessed for each tier by using the drop-down list for each type of plan, as displayed on the Aetna website. Links to Aetna's chronic and preventive drug lists, healthy action drug lists and health care reform no-cost sharing drug lists are also provided on the page. The tool provides links to prior authorization request forms for prescription drugs.
