Bambi was the official name of an Airstream model that debuted in 1961, followed by the Bambi II in 1964, but it is now a nickname for any single-axle travel trailer from Airstream, according to the company's website. Airstream names four of its current models as Bambi trailers: the Sport, the Flying Cloud, the International Signature and the International Serenity.
