Anyone with an Internet connection can access the Davidson County, Tennessee Register of Deeds through the Nashville.gov website as of 2015. The public can also visit the Register of Deeds office at 501 Broadway in Nashville, TN, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
You can file documents with the Davidson County Register of Deeds using its Internet subscription service and Web services point of entry at RegisterofDeeds.nashville.org. It should be noted that proprietary free software must be downloaded to view documents through the Web services point of entry. Otherwise, documents to be recorded can be brought to the office or sent via first class mail.
