Comfortmaker sells its furnaces through independent contractors, a list of whom can be found on Comfortmaker's website. From the Dealer Locator page, the customer must enter his zip code, or city and state, to find the list of such contractors in his area.

Comfortmaker furnaces are installed and serviced through its licensed contractors. Every furnace Comfortmaker sells comes with its standard 10-year limited warranty on the functional parts. There is also a limited lifetime warranty on the primary and secondary heat exchanger. It also offers a No Hassle Replacement limited warranty on some of its furnaces. To take advantage of the warranty, the customer must provide proof of yearly maintenance and the original sales receipt.
