Where can you take a Canon printer for repair?

A Canon printer can be taken for repair at an authorized Canon factory service center location. Canon lists three factory service centers on its website, which are located in Jamesburg,New Jersey; Newport News, Virginia; and Costa Mesa, California.

Customers can also fill out an online form to request a repair service for a specific printer. The link for the form is also located on Canon's Factory Service Center Locations page. Customers will need to enter their model number, their date of purchase, as well as their ZIP code and a CarePak Plus number if they have one. Customers can also check the status of an existing repair by entering their repair number and ZIP code on the same page.
