Where can you find a child immunization chart?

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and KidsHealth provide child immunization schedules in chart form. These schedules detail the vaccinations a child should get at particular ages to remain healthy and stop the spread of infectious diseases.

At birth, most children receive their first vaccination, a hepatitis B vaccine. They receive a series of several vaccinations for common diseases between the age of 4 months and a year and more just after their first birthdays, ensuring that children are completely vaccinated before they begin preschool or day care. Additional booster vaccines may be necessary for children entering their teens.
