Two good calorie counters to use when determining the calorie content of Chinese food are the websites Calorie Count and My Fitness Pal. They both have a large number of Chinese dishes and products listed and are easy to navigate.

Both Calorie Count and My Fitness Pal list the total calories for a large number of Chinese fast-food dishes, for premade Chinese food products such as Lean Cuisine and for menu items from Chinese chain restaurants such as PF Chang's.

Both sites provide additional nutrition information such as total fat, saturated fat, carbohydrates, protein, sodium and dietary fiber in the dish and the recommended serving size.
