Where can you find codes for GTA 5 that allow you to control helicopters?

In GTA 5, players can always control helicopters in the same way that they control automobiles, but there is a cheat code that spawns a Buzzard Attack Helicopter. As of 2015, this cheat code is available on IGN's GTA 5 page, along with other codes to enhance the game.

IGN lists numerous cheat codes for GTA 5; the input commands for these codes differ depending on what platform the game is played on. Versions of GTA 5 are available for PS3, XBox 360, PS4, XBox One, and PC. While most cheat codes are available over multiple versions of GTA 5, the PS4, Xbox One, and PC versions of the game do each have a few select exclusive cheat codes.
