Contact Hydro One to report a power outage by calling the number on its website, HydroOne.com, as of July 2015. Hydro One accepts calls to report power outages 24 hours per day.

To find the number to report a power outage, navigate to HydroOne.com, and click Contact Hydro One on the left side of the page. The website displays the number on the next page. The page also displays the email address and mailing address of the Customer Communications Centre.

Hydro One also provides an outage map. To display the map, click Outage Map on the home page. The map allows you to zoom and pan.
