You can view your dental plan details through the Patient Sign-In feature at the Delta Dental website. Once you have successfully logged in, you have secure access to benefits, eligibility and claims information associated with your plan and resources to other services offered by Delta member companies.

To obtain access, simply register as a Delta patient by selecting the appropriate link found at the website. Follow the prompts by entering your name, social security number, date of birth and other personal information to be assigned a user name, and then create your password.
