Where can you donate unused contact lenses?

The main charities that accept unused contact lenses are MADRE, Goodwill Industries International, Inc., LensCrafters and Lion's Club International. However, not all Goodwill, LensCrafters and Lion's Club locations accept unused contact lenses, so it is important to contact each location before delivering donations.

These charities do not accept expired contact lenses or contact lenses that expire within the next six months. They also appreciate donations of contact lens solution and cases. MADRE accepts donations of unused contact lenses through the mail, and donors should request a receipt and include a return delivery address if they wish to claim the donation as a tax deduction.
