All dryers made by Whirlpool may be serviced directly by a Whirlpool technician. Customers can schedule service on a Whirlpool appliance at Whirlpool.com under the Service and Repair link or by calling Whirlpool's customer service line at 1-800-253-1301, as of February 2015.

Whirlpool appliances that were purchased in the previous 12 months may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. A receipt is needed to receive service on an appliance covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Appliances may also be covered by an extended warranty. If an appliance is covered by an extended warranty, then the extended warranty provider should be contacted first for service on the appliance.
