The National Restaurant Association, the oversight body for the ServSafe program, manages a website dedicated to ServSafe that includes information about obtaining ServSafe certification and credentials. The National Restaurant Association oversees three tracks within the ServSafe program: ServSafe Manager, ServSafe Food Handler and ServSafe Alcohol. Learners pursue each track independently and may seek certification in one, two or all three tracks. The National Restaurant Association offers ServSafe training, as well as the exams required for certification, both online and in a classroom setting.
