PAePay is a secure payment system that allows individuals to pay fines, costs and restitution to Pennsylvania's Common Pleas and Magisterial District courts, according to UJS. Each transaction must be $1,000 or less. The system accepts payments through credit and debit cards but adds convenience fees. To make a payment, a site user must know the court type and name of the person or organization involved or the citation, payment plan or docket number for the case.
