Find free IELTS ebooks at OnlineEnglishTeacher.org and Careers360. The British Council also shares free study material at IELTS.org, although not as ebooks but individual questions. All study material comes in PDF format.

Administered by the British Council, IELTS is an English proficiency exam that consists of four parts: reading, writing, listening and speaking. Thousands of organizations all around the world accept IELTS scores as valid evidence of English language skills.

IELTS grades the test takers on a nine-band scale. A score of nine indicates expert fluency, whereas a score of one indicates that the test taker can only use a few isolated English words.
