Can one download I-90 forms in Word?

Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card forms, identified as I-90 forms, are not available in the Word format. The form is available for download in PDF format from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services website at USCIS.gov. It is possible to file the form online or via postal mail.

As of April 2015, all card replacement applications are handled electronically through the USCIS Immigration System, regardless of filing method, states USCIS. To file the I-90 form online, visit USCIS.gov. Click on the Green Card tab at the top of the home page, then click Renew or Replace My Green Card.
