Can you overdose on vitamin B?

Even though vitamin B is not stored inside of the cells and is excreted in the urine, it is still possible to overdose on it. Some signs and symptoms of overdose of Vitamin B includes increased thirst, flushing of the skin, excessive urination and diarrhea.
These symptoms are the body's way of trying to flush out the excess vitamin B. Overdosing on vitamin B can also have some long-term effects. The most common reason for overdosing of vitamin B is taking supplements high in vitamin B. Overdosing does not usually happen as a result of eating a normal diet rich in vitamin B complex.
