Before paying an Optimum bill online, it is necessary for customers to create an account at Optimum.net. To do this, they must provide identifying details, such as their name and Optimum account number, and then create a unique user name and password for use when logging in at Optimum.net. Once users have logged in to their Optimum account, they can view their current bill as well as bills from the last 12 months.
