Can you pay a SWEPCO bill online?

SWEPCO offers two online payment methods. One method requires a two-day waiting period and draws money directly from the customer's checking account. The other method allows customers to make immediate payments using a debit or credit card or draw money from their checking account.

The first method of payment requires the customer to sign up for paperless billing. Once this is done they need to access their account and indicate they want to make a payment.

To use the second method, customers need their account number, which can be found by logging in to the SWEPCO website. Then customers are re-directed to the BillMatrix website to make their immediate payment.
