Can the planet Saturn sustain life?

The Cassini-Huygens satellite showed between 2005 to 2006 that Saturn's atmosphere had oxygen ions and one of its moons had water geysers; however, several factors impede human life on the planet. One reason people cannot live on Saturn is that its surface is hydrogen and helium, not solid ground.
Even if humans could stand on the planet's surface, temperatures that reach -238 degrees Fahrenheit would cause people to freeze to death without protective gear that does not exist as of 2014. Scientists do study two of Saturn's moon rings for life, Enceladus and Titan, because they have warmer temperatures and other features that could potentially support living organisms.
