How can a player get into the Dotted Hole in Pokemon FireRed?

The player must first use a Pokemon that knows Cut to enter the Dotted Hole and enter the succeeding holes in a specific sequence to obtain the Sapphire Gem for Celio's machine. If the player enters the Dotted Hole but does not enter the succeeding holes in the correct sequence, he or she will end up back where they started.
The following is the correct sequence of entering the Dotted Hole to obtain the Sapphire Gem.
- North hole
- West hole
- East hole
- South hole
The Dotted Hole is located in Ruin Valley on Island #6, also known as Fortune Island. Apart from the Sapphire Gem, the Pokemon Wobbuffet can also be captured on the island.
