Where can you find a Pontiac GTO for sale?

Classic first-generation Pontiac GTO muscle cars are most likely to be sold by private parties, auction houses or dealers specializing in vintage vehicles. The modern version of the GTO produced from 2004 to 2006 is more likely to be available at traditional used car dealers or private sellers.

Both the original GTO produced from 1964 to 1974 and the modern version are two-door performance coupes with rear-wheel drive and large V8 engines, they are considered to be the most distinctive, desirable body styles amongst collectors. The styling of the 2000s-era GTO was considered bland and found little favor with buyers as compared to the distinctive looks of the older GTO.
