The Loaded Baked Idaho® Potato Soup recipe includes butter, onions, garlic, potatoes, chicken stock, heavy cream, cheddar cheese, bacon, chives and sour cream. Create a roux from the onions, garlic, butter and flour. Add potatoes and chicken stock and bring to a boil. Add the heavy cream and simmer.
