You can get pregnant if you have mild cervical dysplasia. Baby Center warns, however, that some of the procedures used to treat cervical dysplasia can reduce a woman's ability to conceive or carry a pregnancy to term.

According to WebMD, all forms of treatment for cervical dysplasia, including cone biopsies and cryosurgery, have the potential to cause complications that impact pregnancy. WebMD explains that most women who have mild cervical dysplasia are monitored carefully through frequent Pap tests, with no treatment being administered unless the mild cervical dysplasia persists for at least two years or develops into a more severe form of cervical dysplasia.
