Calzones can be made with pre-made pizza crust by adding toppings to one half of the crust and then folding the dough over. To make a stromboli, the toppings are added to the entire crust and then the dough is rolled to form a savory jelly roll. Any toppings can be added to the frozen pizza crust, such as tomato sauce, cheese, hummus, vegetables and barbecue chicken.
