A printable OSHA Form 300 can be found online on OSHA's website. Once on OSHA's home page, simply type the words "Form 300" in the search bar at the top of the page.

Once the search results appear, select the top option labeled "OSHA Form 300 and related pages." This is a direct link to a PDF of important OSHA paperwork, including the Form 300. The information about Form 300 begins on page seven of the PDF document. In order to download the file, hover the mouse over the bottom of any of the pages until a series of icons appear. Select the icon featuring the image of a computer monitor to download the PDF.
