At Walmart's site, reviews of top-rated bedrest pillows mention that they are lightweight, supportive and easy to clean. However, some people find that the amount of stuffing is unsatisfactory. At Amazon.com, certain bedrest pillows are part of the Amazon Prime and free shipping programs. User comments for the best-selling pillows state that they are comfortable and firm, although some people found the bedrests too small.
