How can you recall a dishwasher?

If consumers want to report an adverse event, they can do so by visiting FDA.gov, clicking the "Report an Adverse Event" button and filling out the form. Users can check the FDA website for recent recalls to make sure their products aren't already being recalled. Recalls.gov also provides recall information along with various agencies that consumers can contact in the event of an injury or death related to an adverse event with a dishwasher.
