As of 2015, prospective customers can receive access to the Orgill catalog by filling out a prospective customer form online or contacting Phillip Walker at 1-800-347-2860 ext. 6780. Otherwise, only current Orgill customers have access to the Orgill catalog while logged in. Other users may experience an "Access Denied" page.

As of 2015, Orgill is the largest independently owned hardlines distributor in the world. It serves over 60 countries worldwide, including the United States. In 2014, Orgill had over $1.7 million in sales. The company was founded in 1847 and now employs close to 3,000 people. It has five domestic distribution warehouses.
