Can I take a shirt back to Aeropostale without a receipt?

Customers can take an Aeropostale shirt or other merchandise back without a receipt. Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise will be accepted with or without a receipt within 60 days of original purchase.

The official Aeropostale return policy states all items purchased in stores must be returned within 60 days of purchase. Returns with a receipt will be refunded; returns without a receipt will be given a Merchandise Return card credited in the amount of the item purchased. All returns will reflect sales and discounted prices. Online purchases must be accompanied with the original packing slip if returned to an Aeropostale retail store.
