Webmd.com, drugs.com and everydayhealth.com provide information about the side effects of many commonly prescribed drugs. All of these websites provide complete drug information, including the conditions each drug is used to treat, precautions, interactions and side effects. They also offer pill identifiers and pictures of some common drugs.

WebMD also provides an alphabetical list of most commonly prescribed drugs and a searchable database of drugs classified by medical condition or name. When users click on the name of a drug or a medical condition, the site returns a Web page that contains information about the drugs. All three websites also provide a list of most-searched drugs and user reviews.
