The Catskills home features a bedroom and bath on each floor of its open-concept floor plan. The home includes a large one-car garage and workshop in addition to its square footage. The Frost Valley home has two bedrooms and most of its living space on the first floor, and it includes a deck and screened porch. The home's second floor has a bathroom and loft space suitable for a bedroom.
