An AT&T customer who qualifies for rewards can claim a reward, track its status, activate a rewards card and check its balance using the AT&T U-verse Rewards Center. To be eligible for rewards, a customer must have qualifying service active for at least 30 days or as the agreement specifies.
AT&T sends a customer a letter with available reward information and a claiming code. The customer can claim it online at the rewards center. It typically takes about three weeks for a customer to receive an AT&T Visa rewards card, and the customer can track each step of its progress online. The customer can activate the card and monitor the balance and transactions through the rewards center.
