U-verse is offered by AT&T for TV, Internet and VoIP services for one low monthly price. Some services come as part of a bundle and others are sold separately.

U-verse technology is based on Internet protocol television. Information is transferred into a customer's home or business via fiber-to-the-node or fiber-to-the-premises technology. This technology is supposed to be faster and more reliable than other modes of data transfer. AT&T claims to be able to offer customers more viewing choices, more DVR options and faster Internet access than other companies.
