Troubleshooting information for GE dryers is available on the GE Appliances website. Consumers can access the official product manuals, search the support knowledge base, read the FAQs and watch support videos related to the dryer. GE also provides quick access to service and repair technicians as of 2015.

From the GE Appliance main page, consumers can click on "Support" in the top menu, and enter a generic problem in the search box within the sub-menu to quickly access the knowledge base. To see the full support page, they can select "Service & Support by Product Line", and then select "Washers & Dryers." Consumers need the model number of the dryer, located inside the door, to access the user guide and installation instructions.
