Where can you find a Carrier A/C troubleshooting guide?

As of 2015, a troubleshooting guide for Carrier air conditioners is available on the Carrier website. The owner's manuals for each model, which are available on the Carrier website, also contain troubleshooting guides.

To find the troubleshooting guide, click on the Home Comfort link in the Products & Services drop-down menu on the Carrier homepage. From the Home Comfort page, click on the Trouble-shooting link located in the For Owners drop-down menu. The Trouble-shooting tab on the resulting page provides information regarding common air conditioner problems. The Find Product Documents tab on that same page permits users to search for owner's manuals by model number.
