In 2015, the premium for the Humana Wal-Mart Rx Plan was $15.60 or $15.70. The in-store copayments for the Humana Walmart plan vary depending on which tier the prescription drug falls in and whether or not it is a generic drug. In the case of Tier 1 drugs, customers may pay as little as $1 per prescription. Mail orders for 90-day supplies of many Tier 1 and Tier 2 drugs require no copayment. A separate $320 deductible applies for Tier 3, 4 and 5 drugs.
