Can you use PayPal to pay your Pepco bill online?

As of 2015, it is not possible to pay for any Pepco bills online by using Paypal as a payment method. The only accepted online payment methods are through credit card, debit card or electronic funds transfer. Pepco bills can also be paid through either phone or mail.

Customers can pay Pepco bills in person through America's Cash Express, Global Express or Western Union locations around Washington, D.C. Other options include paying in person at a Pepco Customer Care Center, which are located in Maryland and Washington, D.C. Customers who have registered a Pepco account can also sign up for the Autopay system.
