To get a video message from Santa, navigate to the Portable North Pole website, click on the Start your Free Video Message button and fill out the information regarding your child. You will be required to create an account for both the free and paid version of Portable North Pole.

Santa's Christmas video messages are not available all year, but you can fill out a form to be notified by email when video messages become available during the holiday season. Portable North Pole also offers year-round birthday videos from Santa. A paid account offers alternate storylines, longer videos, more photo uploads and synchronization with mobile devices.
