Individuals can find the value of vintage cars, or cars manufactured from 1919 to 1930, in the National Automobile Dealers Association Guide (NADA), according to Cars Direct. This guide is an authority reference for vintage, classic and antique vehicle valuation.
The NADA guide is a widely respected impartial information source used by financial institutions, governmental agencies and insurance companies, according to National Appraisal Guides Incorporated. The NADA Guide succeeded the Gold Book, a former appraisal guide in operation since 1968. It collects information about vehicle transactions and claims to have built the largest vehicle pricing database in the United States.
