All veterans in the United States are eligible to take the Voice of the Veteran survey, which is conducted by J.D. Power and Associates under the United States Department of Veterans Affairs, or VA. A veteran is any individual who engaged in active duty and was officially released under a condition apart from a dishonorable discharge.
A veteran can take the Voice of a Veteran survey online by providing an alphanumeric code included in a postcard J.D. Power and Associates sends to veterans. The survey is meant to measure the level of satisfaction of veterans in terms of customer service. Through the results, the VA can gain direct feedback and insights on how to provide better service to veterans.
