As of 2015, the Voice of the Veteran survey is found at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Voice of the Veteran – J.D. Power and Associates Survey of Veteran Satisfaction website, located at VoiceOfTheVeteranSurvey.com. J.D. Power and Associates manages the survey.
The Voice of the Veteran survey, or Department of Veterans Affairs Customer Satisfaction Survey, is an online survey designed to gather data relative to VA customer service. It first requires respondents to enter an eight-digit survey code to access the survey, which appears on a postcard that respondents receive in the mail. The survey takes approximately five minutes to complete.
