The Whirlpool website provides maintenance manuals and other troubleshooting tips. Visit the home page, then click on Service and Support, then Manuals and Literature to find a manual.

Once on the Manuals page of the website, enter the model number, and press the search button. Every appliance by Whirlpool has the model number printed on the bottom or side of the appliance. If it is not accessible, visit the My Appliances section of the Whirlpool website to look for the number.

Other support services provided by the Whirlpool website include an FAQ with videos, a chat feature and a phone number to call for additional help.
