How do you cancel a Club Pogo account?

A person can cancel a Club Pogo account by first logging into the account online and selecting the "My Account" section of the site. From that page, select the "Billing and Subscriptions" tab and choose "Cancel Subscription."

A former Club Pogo member can also avoid being billed in the future by removing the active credit card from the account. Without an active credit card, Club Pogo can no longer charge for the service.

Customers are required to talk to a game advisor if they would like to completely cancel their EA account. This requires the Pogo screen name, date of birth and the last four digits of the credit card on file.
