Candy Crowley got married in 1970, when she was 22. Rumors that she was married to Alan Colmes are not true. Crowley's husband inspired her to become a journalist. They had two children, but they divorced in 1988, soon after Crowley was fired from NBC News. The divorce was her husband's decision, and she suffered from depression after the divorce. Crowley claims she enjoys single life and doesn't have any plans to get married again.
