According to Serebii.net, the card key in Silph Co. is located on the fifth floor and on the bottom right-hand side of the floor. Silph Co. is made up of 11 floors, and there are 28 trainers to fight.

Reaching the president of Silph Co. requires players to make their way up to floor 11. However, simply taking the elevator to the top floor results in the player's way being blocked. The only way to reach the president on floor 11 is to find the correct warp pad on the third floor. The correct warp pad is located past the very first door on the left-hand side of the map.
