Is there a cheat code for infinite health in "Dead Rising"?

Unfortunately there are no cheat codes at all for "Dead Rising." It is designed as a hack-and-slash game where the player must manually achieve all unlockables without the assistance of cheat codes.

While the player won't be cheating his way through "Dead Rising," there are still a number of unlockables and hidden features in the game. These include multiple endings, secret weapons and hidden games modes. "Dead Rising" was one of the first Xbox 360 games to demand multiple playthroughs to truly finish it. This style of gameplay has continued and grown in popularity, especially among the sequels "Dead Rising 2" and "Dead Rising 3."
