How do you check the balance on a My Sonic card?

As of 2015, customers can check the balance of a MySonic card by visiting the Sonic website. Enter the My Sonic portal and click the Cards tab. Enter the card number and card pin number as directed. For additional questions, contact Sonic Customer Support.
