How do I check my Comcast voicemail?

Check your Comcast voicemail from your home phone or another phone by dialing your phone number, pressing the pound key and entering your passcode. You can also access your voicemail online through XFINITY Connect by clicking on the Voice and Text tab and entering your phone number and voicemail passcode.

1. Dial your phone number

   Dial your phone number if you are away from your home phone. If you are on your home phone, just dial *99.

2. Wait for your voicemail greeting to begin

   When you hear your greeting start, press the pound key before it is over.

3. Enter your passcode

   When the system tells you, key in the passcode that you created when you set up your voicemail service.
