To check your EBT card balance, use the toll-free number, 1-888-328-6399, which is available in English and Spanish to recipients 24 hours per day, seven days per week. You can also use the cardholder account website by visiting ebt.acs.com, which also gives information in English and Spanish.

You cannot reach the toll-free number through a payphone. An automated system guides you through menu options to help direct your call. Create an account the first time you log on to the EBT account website using your most recent active card number and PIN. The site also allows you to communicate with EBT customer service via email so you can report damaged, lost or stolen cards, among other services.
